Getting An Associate Or Bachelor Degree In An Accounting Degree Program
To get an Associate degree in accounting, most schools require you to take an admittance exam to verify that you have the required basic education that is needed in order to enter the accounting degree program. Then most require 32 hours of General Education Core courses, 16 hours of Business Core courses, and 16 hours of the Major Area Core courses in order to get your Associates Degree. To get a bachelor’s degree in accounting, most schools require that you already have your Associate degree and then will require 50 hours of General Education Core courses, 24 hours Business Core courses, 18 hours of any courses that the university offers, and 36 hours of Major Area Core courses.
